Occupational Therapist
Anna is a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist, specialising in paediatrics, major adaptations, equipment provision, and palliative care. With a first-class degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Northampton, she has dedicated her career to supporting children with physical and mental health needs.
Currently working as a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist in the Council, Anna manages a complex caseload of children, providing functional assessments, equipment recommendations, and adaptation solutions to enhance their daily lives at home and school. She is experienced in moving and handling risk assessments, Disabled Facilities Grant applications, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Anna has extensive experience in service delivery, supervision of junior staff, triaging cases, and managing waiting lists. She has also worked within hospital settings, supporting paediatric patients with occupational therapy interventions to facilitate safe discharge.
