There are no travel charges for appointments at our clinic in Threemilestone, Truro.

When we come to your home or your child’s school, we charge for travel time at the same hourly rate as your sessions, plus mileage. We measure the journey from our clinic or the therapist’s home, whichever is closer to you, so you only pay for the shortest route.

Travel charges cover the time our therapists spend on the road, when they can’t see other families in clinic.

Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

If your child is going through the EHCP process, we recommend asking your local authority for an occupational therapy assessment first. If they turn down your request, we can assess your child privately at the prices on this page.

Our full OT and EASI assessment reports are set out in a recognised EHCP format. If the local authority agrees with the recommendations, they can copy them straight into your child’s draft plan.

If you have an EHCP deadline coming up, please mention it when you get in touch, so we can plan the timing of your report.
